/artistic director of the ensemble "Minstrels"/:
- I think our ensemble wouldn't exist without a creative support of the well-known Belarusian composer Vladimir Dorokhin. Every musical group always begins with a high-grade artistic repertoire. As far as my pupils are concerned they are brought up on classical music. And their demands to musical material, to musical compositions included in our programs are extremely high. If it wasn't the co-operation with a professional composer, if it weren't new interesting scores in our ensemble, we would have just nothing to play You know, the classical authors didn't compose for the accordion quintet. But our repertoire generally consists of the classical musical compositions, and those modern compositions (light music), which don't contain vulgarity and poor taste.
